Cable Infrastructure Project Managers
Bicsi RCDD accredited Project Managers required for IT Infrastructure projects in the City and Canary Wharf.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the following areas:
- Design of large scale structured cabling solutions, preferably working for organisations in the financial services industry
- Design of Data Centres and Computer Equipment Rooms
- Budget and programme management
- Writing ITT documentation and assessment of tender responses
- Working within construction environments

Project Managers for IT Integration projects
Experienced Project Managers required for multi-disciplined IT integration projects in London and Hong Kong.
The positions require a minimum 5 years experience with managing large scale technology implementation projects. Candidates will be experienced in constructing and managing project plans and cost models, be comfortable managing project teams, and be able to manage all stakeholder expectations including client technical personnel.
Prince 2, Bicsi, Cisco or Microsoft accreditations are an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate.

Project Associate
Required as a member of a team for a large structured cabling design project, the candidate will be RCDD qualified or in the process of seeking qualification. Experience of working in a construction environment, preferably for organisations in the financial services sector is required.
Using CAD and other applications, the associate will be expected to assist in all aspects of design and installation management, including:
- Reviewing client requirements and drafting functional requirements specifications
- Assisting with writing ITT documentation and reviewing vendor responses
- Provision of horizontal cabling layout drawings, patching frame elevations and data centre/equipment room plans
- Vendor and client coordination meetings
- Provision and management of voice and data patching schedules
- Provision of client handover documentation, such as As-built drawings.

Helpdesk Administrative Assistant
Working as part of a business-as-usual support team for Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs), the candidate should be comfortable working in a corporate environment, supporting in the region of 4000 users. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing user move requests and queries, using Microsoft applications
- Telephone based, 1st line support for end users
- Some face-to-face 2nd line support
- Assisting in coordination of small, medium and large scale user relocation projects across three core client sites
- Maintenance of intranet based staff directory data
