Requirements Analyses
The requirements analysis is the foundation of any project. An accurate scope means not only analyzing the requirements, but also understanding the business and its strategic goals. Before we begin formally documenting our findings, we take time to sketch out ideas and generate feedback. This two-way process sets expectations and generates an accurate, informed project scope.

Design & Planning
Design and planning translates and defines the requirements. We use the requirements analysis to establish a clear framework from which to generate a functional or technical specification. Only once this specification has been agreed and approved by our client do we progress.
